About Timothy Cheng
Timothy Cheng holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Ryerson University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto.
He has served as the lead designer for several prestigious international design firms, where he contributed to notable projects such as the Tiffany & Co. flagship store in Manhattan, New York, and the Google headquarters in San Francisco.
With extensive expertise in creating cost-effective designs, Timothy also founded Cache Homes, a company known for its innovative approach to moveable walls, enabling more flexible and adaptable home layouts.
His diverse experience and creative vision continue to shape the future of architectural design.

We will conduct a consultation to attentively understand your goals and aspirations. Together, we will devise a concept that aligns with your vision

Once a concept is established, we will proceed to space planning and addressing any challenges. Exploration of various materials, furniture, fixtures, and work in collaboration with industry professionals to bring your vision to fruition
PHASE 3 - DEVELOPMENT
We will perfect the design through realistic 3D renderings, making adjustment until it meets your satisfaction. At this stage, we can also provide an estimated cost for the project
PHASE 4 - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
In this phase, there will be partnerships with engineering consultations, finalizing integrating revisions post- permit approvals for tender and construction coordination
PHASE 5 - BIDDING & TENDERING
Tendering the project to secure competitive contractor rates and manage costs effectively. Reputable contractors will be endorsed to attain competitive bids
PHASE 6 - ADMINISTRATION
Orchestrate and manage the project, addressing any unexpected challenges that may arise
